Connecting SMTP / IMAP email service within Swipe One

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect SMTP / IMAP email account in Swipe One.

Please follow these steps :

1) Navigate to Swipe One Dashboard, Profile Settings.

2) Navigate in Profile -> Profile Integrations.

In "Custom Emails via SMTP/IMAP", click on the "Connect" button.

3) Enter your SMTP and IMAP credentials and click on "Verify & Save" button.

After successful connection, the account will be visible as "Connected"

With your connection established, you can now send emails. Select a contact, compose your message, and choose the desired sending inbox. After sending, your email will be queued and delivered. Replies will be automatically tracked.

4) We now offer distinct nodes for email activity in the Workflows section.

  • Use "Email Activity (Gmail)" specifically for connected Gmail accounts.

  • Use the "Email Activity" node for custom SMTP email providers.

5) If you have multiple custom SMTP accounts connected (e.g., Zoho and Outlook), use the "Filter" node to isolate emails from a specific inbox.
