Swipe One now allows users to connect their Microsoft Outlook email accounts for a smooth and efficient email experience. Follow the steps below to integrate your Microsoft email with Swipe One.

Steps to Connect Microsoft Outlook to Swipe One

  1. Navigate to the Settings and click on "Profile"

  2. Select Microsoft Outlook and click on "Connect"

3. Authentication Process:

  • You will be redirected to a Microsoft login page.

  • Enter your Outlook credentials and grant the necessary permissions.

4. Verify Connection:

  • Once authentication is complete, your Microsoft email will be linked successfully.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

  • If emails are not sending, ensure that SMTP is enabled in your Microsoft account settings.

  • Some Microsoft accounts, especially those tied to organizations, may have SMTP disabled by default. Ensure this setting is enabled to avoid issues.
