2. Conversational Agents
Definition:
Conversational Agents are AI tools that interact via a chat-like interface. They each have domain-specific expertise (e.g., onboarding, lead research, email writing) and can be instructed to perform various tasks. They have access to your business data, your team preferences, and external resources (where applicable).
Key Points:
You talk to the agent and give it a job; it performs the necessary steps to complete the task.
Agents remember your preferences and learn from your feedback (for example, color palettes in emails or brand tone).
They can handle multiple languages (currently about 15 popular languages).
Onboarding is mandatory before using any other agent, ensuring the agent knows your business context.
