Welcome to Swipe One! This guide is designed to help you quickly get started and make the most of our platform. Whether you're managing contacts, launching campaigns, or automating workflows, Swipe One empowers your business with advanced CRM and marketing tools.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Account

  1. Sign In: Log in to Swipe One using the email and password you used during sign-up.

  2. Explore Your Workspace:

    • Upon signing up, Swipe One automatically creates a default workspace for you.

    • A workspace represents a business or a distinct group of contacts, such as customers or influencers.

Configure Your Workspace

To personalize your workspace:

  • Go to SettingsWorkspace Settings.

  • Update key details like:

    • Business Name

    • Logo

    • Timezone

    • Primary Brand Color

    • Address

Connect Your Domain

Before sending marketing emails:

  • Navigate to Domains under Workspace Settings. Read more about Domain Vertification

  • Follow the prompts to add DNS records for your domain (SPF/DKIM authentication ensures higher deliverability rates).


Step 2: Importing and Managing Contacts

Contacts are the core of Swipe One. Here's how to start building your contact database:

  1. Add Contacts:

    • Go to ContactsAdd Contact to manually create a contact.

    • You can also import contacts in bulk via CSV files or integrations with tools like Shopify or Calendly.

  2. Organize Contacts:

    • Use Tags to label contacts (e.g., “VIP,” “Trial Users”).

    • Filter contacts by activity or properties for targeted outreach.

  3. Enrich Contact Profiles:

    • Add custom properties to capture specific details relevant to your business.

    • View contact activity, including email opens, clicks, and order history.


Step 3: Setting Up Integrations

Swipe One integrates with a variety of apps like Shopify, Calendly, Stripe, and Typeform to streamline your workflows.

  1. Go to the Apps section.

  2. Select the app you want to integrate.

  3. Follow the setup guide to connect the app to Swipe One.

  4. Once integrated, triggers from these apps (e.g., new Shopify orders) can power automated workflows.


Step 4: Automating Your Workflows

Swipe One’s automation tools help you nurture leads and engage customers effortlessly.

  1. Navigate to Workflows.

  2. Click Create Workflow and set up the following:

    • Trigger: Choose the starting condition (e.g., contact enters a segment).

    • Actions: Define what happens next (e.g., send an email, add a tag, notify a team).

    • Filters: Narrow down who continues in the workflow based on specific criteria.

  3. Save and activate your workflow to put it into action.


Step 5: Launching Your First Campaign

Campaigns allow you to send one-off emails to all contacts or specific segments.

  1. Go to CampaignsCreate Campaign.

  2. Design your email using the intuitive editor.

  3. Choose your audience:

    • Send to all contacts or a pre-defined segment.

  4. Schedule or send immediately:

    • You can schedule campaigns based on your or your recipient’s time zone.

  5. Track performance:

    • View open rates, click rates, and other analytics to measure effectiveness.


Step 6: Exploring AI Agents

Swipe One offers AI-powered agents to enhance your productivity:

  • Onboarding Agent: Tailors Swipe One to your business context.

  • Lead Researcher: Fetches detailed information about contacts.

  • Email Writer: Creates personalized, high-conversion emails.

  • Access agents from the AI Tools section to streamline sales and marketing efforts.


Tips for Success

  1. Warm Up Your Email Account:

    • New accounts start with a sending limit of 100 emails/hour to ensure high deliverability. Limits increase as you maintain a healthy bounce and complaint rate.

  2. Validate Your Email List:

    • Use tools like Reoon to verify contacts before launching campaigns.

  3. Monitor Metrics:

    • Regularly review email performance in the Analytics section to optimize your strategies.
