Integrating SwipeOne with Zapier allows you to automate tasks, streamline your processes, and connect SwipeOne with a wide range of third-party apps without any coding. Below are the steps to follow:

Navigate to "Apps" in SwipeOne:

  • In your SwipeOne dashboard, go to the "Apps" section, typically found in the left-hand sidebar or under the settings menu. This is where you can manage integrations and connect external services like Zapier.

Select "Zapier" and Click on "Connect":

  • In the "Apps" section, locate and select "Zapier" from the list of available integrations.

  • Once selected, click the "Connect" button to initiate the connection between SwipeOne and your Zapier account.

Click on "Connect" to Initiate the Integration Setup:

  • In the "Apps" section, find "Zapier" and click on it.

  • Then, click the "Connect" button to start the integration process, which will link your SwipeOne account with Zapier.

Generate the API Key:

  • After clicking "Connect", you will be prompted to generate an API key.

  • Click on the "Generate API Key" option to create a unique key that will be used for the integration.

  • Copy the generated API key, as you’ll need it to complete the setup in Zapier

Name the API Key and Click on "Create API Key":

  • Once prompted, give your API key a custom name for easy identification (e.g., "SwipeOne Integration").

  • After naming it, click on the "Create API Key" button to generate the key.

  • Copy the newly created API key, as you'll need to paste it into Zapier during the integration process.

  1. Log in to Your Zapier Account:

    • Head over to Zapier and log in to your account.

    • Once logged in, you'll be directed to your Zapier Dashboard, where you can start creating automated workflows (called "Zaps").

Authorize the Connection:

  • In Zapier, you’ll be prompted to authorize the connection between SwipeOne and Zapier. Click "Authorize" to allow the two platforms to communicate securely.

  • Once authorized, go to the "Zaps" section in the Zapier dashboard.

  • Click on "Create Zap" to start building your automation workflow between SwipeOne and the apps of your choice.

Search and Select an App to Connect as the Trigger:

  • In the "Create Zap" workflow, you’ll be prompted to choose a Trigger App.

  • Use the search bar to find and select the app you want to connect (e.g., Google Sheets, Mailchimp, etc.). This app will act as the trigger for your automation.

  1. After selecting your Trigger App, you’ll need to configure the specific trigger event (e.g., a new form submission in SwipeOne, new lead, etc.).

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your accounts and set up the trigger conditions (e.g., choose a form or event in SwipeOne).

  3. Next, configure the Action step by selecting the app and action you want to happen when the trigger is activated (e.g., send an email, update a CRM, etc.).

  4. Once both the trigger and action are set up, click "Test & Continue" to verify the connection works as expected.

  5. Finally, give your Zap a name and click "Turn on Zap" to activate the integration and start automating your workflows.

  • After setting up the trigger, search for “SwipeOne” in the Action App search bar.

  • Select “SwipeOne” from the list of available apps.

  • You will be prompted to connect your SwipeOne account. Paste the API key you generated earlier to authorize the connection between Zapier and SwipeOne.

Once connected, you can choose the specific action you want to perform in SwipeOne (e.g., add a lead, create a new form submission, etc.).

  1. Once the SwipeOne App is Connected, Click on "Continue":

  • After successfully connecting your SwipeOne account using the API key, click on "Continue" to proceed with configuring the action step.

  • This will take you to the next screen where you can specify the details of the action you want to perform within SwipeOne (e.g., adding a new lead, submitting form data, etc.).

Complete the Setup by Configuring Fields from Trigger with SwipeOne Contact Properties:

  • After clicking "Continue", you'll be prompted to map the fields from your trigger app (e.g., form data, lead info, etc.) to the corresponding contact properties in SwipeOne.

  • Match the fields from the trigger (such as name, email, phone number) with the corresponding contact properties in SwipeOne.

  • This ensures that the data captured from your trigger app (e.g., new form submission) will be sent and saved correctly to the relevant fields in SwipeOne.

Once all the fields are mapped, click "Test & Continue" to verify the integration. If everything looks good, click "Turn on Zap" to activate your automation and start syncing data between apps!

With your Zap now activated, your SwipeOne account will automatically sync with the connected apps, streamlining your workflows and saving you time
