Follow these steps to manage the workspaces in your account :

  1. You can switch from one workspace to another by selecting the particular workspace from the dropdown.

  2. To configure/modify the workspace settings click on the Workspace Logo -> Workspace Settings

  3. The dashboard of the current workspace settings will open up.
    Users can configure various workspace-level details:

    1. Business Logo

    2. Business Name

    3. Workspace Name

    4. Email Address

    5. Phone

    6. Website

    7. Address

    8. Timezone

    9. Currency

    10. Date Format

    11. Month of Fiscal Year Start

    12. Primary Brand Color
      ​

    These settings help streamline communication, especially for marketing emails (e.g., adding a business logo at the top of emails and the business address at the bottom to comply with CAN-SPAM regulations).

  4. Connect Domain -

    • Allows users to send marketing emails from their own business domain.

    • Connecting a valid domain in the workspace settings enables features like sending bulk emails via Campaigns and automated emails via Workflows.

  5. API Keys

    • Generate an API Key for integrations with third-party apps (e.g., Zapier).

    • Name the API key, then use the generated key in the third-party app.

    • The same API key can also be used for creating custom events and sending them into Swipe One.

    • Security: The generated API keys should be kept confidential to maintain integrations.
