  1. Text-Only Foundation with Formatting Options

    Simple Emails are primarily text-based but come with a variety of formatting tools to structure and style your content effectively.

  2. Dynamic Personalization

    Incorporate dynamic text placeholders, such as contact properties (e.g., Full Name, Email, Birthday) and event properties, to make your emails feel personalized and contextually relevant.

How to Create a Simple Email

  1. Add an Email Action to Your Workflow

    Drag and drop the Email action node into your workflow canvas.

  2. Choose "Simple Email"

    In the email setup window, select the "Simple Email" option.

  3. Compose and Format Your Email

    • Start with a subject line that grabs attention.
