The Workflows feature in Swipe One enables users to automate their sales and marketing processes. By combining triggers, conditions, and actions, workflows allow users to design dynamic sequences that respond to events and execute tasks automatically.

The key components of a Workflow are -

Triggers:

  • Triggers are events that initiate the workflow.

  • These can include events within Swipe One, like entering a Segment, or external triggers from connected apps (e.g., a new purchase in Shopify).

Conditions:

  • Conditions add filters to refine the workflow's path based on specific criteria.

  • They ensure the workflow actions are only executed for contacts meeting the defined rules.

Actions:

  • Actions specify tasks to be performed as part of the workflow.

  • Actions can include sending marketing or sales emails, notifying teams via Slack, or updating contact properties.

  • Emails can be created on the fly while building workflows

  • A Wait period before executing certain actions to time them strategically.

Visual Workflow Builder:

  • The visual drag-and-drop workflow builder makes is makes it easy to design even complex workflows.

  • The email builder offers a slick interface with high levels of customization and responsive options.

  • Easily visualize the entire workflow and modify it dynamically as requirements evolve.

Workflow Analytics:

  • The outcomes of the workflow can be monitored closely using workflow analytics .

  • Analytics can be viewed for each step and includes metrics such as email deliverability, open rates, clicks, and task completion rates.

  • Analytics can be viewed for every step of the workflow.

More information about how to set up a workflow and use the different components, is presented in other articles in this collections.
