Learn how to easily invite team members to your workspace in SwipeOne to collaborate and manage projects together.

Inviting team members to your SwipeOne workspace allows you to streamline collaboration, assign tasks, and work together more efficiently within the same environment. Follow below simple steps to invite team member(s):

  • Click "Manage Team" to Access Team Management
    To invite or manage your team members, click on "Manage Team" from the workspace dashboard. This will take you to the Team Management section, where you can view, add, or modify team members' roles and permissions.

  • Click "Team Members" to Access the Team Members Tab
    In the Team Management section, click on "Team Members" to open the tab where you can view all current members of your workspace, as well as invite new ones or modify existing team member roles and permissions.

  • Click "Search by Name or Email" to Locate Team Members
    If you're looking for a specific team member, you can use the "Search by name or email" feature to quickly find them in the list. Simply enter their name or email address in the search bar, and the platform will filter the results for easy identification.

  • Select the Role for the Team Member
    After locating the team member, select the appropriate role they should have within the workspace. You can choose roles like Owner, Admin, Manager or Sales/Marketing Specialist, depending on the level of access and permissions you want to grant them.

  • Click "Invite Member" to Add New Team Members
    Alternatively, if you want to add a new team member, click on the "Invite Member" button. This will allow you to enter their email address, assign a role, and send them an invitation to join your workspace.

  • Enter the Email and Assign a Role
    To invite a new team member, enter their email address in the provided field. After that, choose the specific role you want to assign them (such as Admin, Manager, or Sales/Marketing Specialist).

Click "Send Invite" to Complete the Invitation
Once you've entered the email and selected the appropriate role, click on "Send Invite". The invited user(s) will then receive an email with a link to join your workspace and begin collaborating.

Once the invite is accepted, your team member will be added to the workspace and ready to collaborate.
