Below are the steps to add new workspace:
Click on the main menu, where you will find option to add new Workspace
Click "Add New Workspace"
In the Workspace section, you’ll see an option to click on “Add New Workspace”.
Choose One of the Two Options to Create a New Workspace
You will be presented with two options to create your new workspace:
Use Existing Business Details
Select this option if you want to quickly create a new workspace using your existing business profile. This allows you to leverage the settings and details already set up for your current business.
Enter Workspace Name and Select Existing WorkspaceAfter selecting "Use Existing Business Details," enter a name for your new workspace. Then, choose the existing workspace you want to copy the settings from. This will replicate the configurations and preferences from the selected workspace into your new one, saving you time and effort.
Click on "Create Workspace"
Once you've entered the workspace name and selected the existing workspace to copy settings from, click on "Create Workspace" to finalize the process. Your new workspace will now be created, and you can start managing it right away.
Start From Scratch
Choose this option if you prefer to create a completely new workspace with no pre-existing business details. This gives you the flexibility to customize everything from the ground up.
Select "Start From Scratch" to Create a New Workspace
If you prefer to create a completely new workspace, select the "Start From Scratch" option. Then, enter a name for your new workspace. This will allow you to build your workspace from the ground up, with no pre-existing settings or configurations.Click on "Create Workspace"
Once you've named your new workspace, click on "Create Workspace" to complete the setup. Your new workspace will be created, and you can begin customizing it as needed.Enter Business Details and Profile Logo
After creating the workspace, you will be directed to the next steps where you'll need to provide specific details about your business. This includes entering:Business Name
Website URL
Location (Country)
Additionally, you’ll have the option to upload your profile logo to personalize your workspace further. Once you've filled in all the details, click Continue to proceed.
Enter Business Address and Description
Once you've completed the previous steps, click on "Continue" to proceed to the next step. Here, you'll need to enter:Your business address
A brief description of your business
Once you've filled in this information, click "Continue" to move forward with setting up your workspace.
Workspace Created Successfully
Your new workspace has been successfully created! You can now view all your added workspaces under the "Workspace" section. To get started, you can import or add contacts to begin managing your projects and campaigns.
