Setting up the Pabbly integration with SwipeOne helps you automate tasks and connect Pabbly workflows with SwipeOne for seamless data transfer and efficient lead management. Below are the steps to setup the integration
Access "Pabbly" from the List of Integrations Under the "Apps" Section
Log in to your SwipeOne account and navigate to the "Apps" section. From the list of available integrations, select "Pabbly".
Click on "Connect" to Proceed with the Integration Process
After selecting Pabbly, click on the "Connect" button to begin the integration setup process.
Click on "Connect" Option on the Setup Page to Initiate the Integration Setup
On the setup page, click the "Connect" option to start connecting your Pabbly account to SwipeOne.
Login to Your Pabbly Account and Create a New Workflow
If you don’t already have a workflow, log in to your Pabbly account and create a new workflow by selecting the "Create New Workflow" option.
Name the Workflow for Your Reference and Click on "Create"
Give your workflow a name (e.g., "SwipeOne Integration") for easy reference, then click "Create" to set up the workflow
Search and Select Any App You Would Like to Connect as Trigger
In the Trigger section, search for the app you want to use as the trigger for this workflow (e.g., form submission, event, etc.).Once you’ve set up the trigger app, proceed to the Action section and search for "SwipeOne". Select "SwipeOne" as the action app for the workflow.
Generate and Copy the API Key from Pabbly
To establish the connection, you will need to generate an API key in Pabbly.Navigate to Pabbly Account Settings and locate the API Key section.
Generate the API key and copy it to your clipboard.
Connect Pabbly to SwipeOne Using the API Key
Paste the API key you copied from Pabbly into the appropriate field on the SwipeOne integration page within Pabbly to authenticate the connection.
Finish the Setup & Turn on the Workflow
After connecting Pabbly to SwipeOne, you need to complete the setup by mapping the fields from the trigger app to SwipeOne contact properties.
This ensures that the correct data is transferred between Pabbly and SwipeOne.
Send a Test Submission, Verify the Data, and Turn On the Workflow
Once you’ve completed the field mapping, send a test submission to ensure that the integration is functioning correctly.Check that the data is being transferred accurately in SwipeOne.
If everything is correct, turn on the workflow to activate the integration.
