Setting up the Zoho Forms integration with SwipeOne allows you to seamlessly capture form submissions and sync them directly with your SwipeOne account for efficient lead management and automation. Please follow below mentioned simple steps to setup integration:
Select "Zoho Forms" from the List of Integrations
Log in to your SwipeOne account and navigate to the "Integrations" section. From the list of available integrations, select "Zoho Forms".
Click on "Connect" to Initiate the Integration Process
After selecting Zoho Forms, click the "Connect" button to start the integration process.
Click "Connect Using Webhook" to Set Up a Webhook Connection
Choose the "Connect using webhook" option. This method will allow you to connect Zoho Forms to SwipeOne through a webhook, ensuring automatic data transfer.
Name the Integration for Your Reference
Enter a name for this integration (e.g., "Zoho Forms Integration"). This will help you easily identify it later, especially if you have multiple integrations set up.
Click on "Next"
After naming your integration, click the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.
Access the Provided Link and Copy the Webhook URL
Click on "Copy" to copy this URL to your clipboard. You will need to add this URL to your Zoho Forms account.
Configure Webhook in Zoho Forms - Log in to your Zoho Forms account.
Navigate to the form you want to integrate with SwipeOne.
Go to the "Integrations" section of the form settings.
Select "Webhook" from the available integration options.
Paste the copied webhook URL into the appropriate field in Zoho Forms to link the form to SwipeOne.
Select the Webhook Event in Zoho Forms
Choose the "Form Submit" event, or any other relevant event depending on your workflow. This event will trigger when the form is submitted and send the data to SwipeOne.
Map the Form Fields
Map the form fields (e.g., name, email, phone number) in Zoho Forms to ensure that the correct data is captured and transferred to SwipeOne.

Test the Webhook by Submitting the Form - Once everything is configured, submit a test form in Zoho Forms.

Map Fields Once Test Verification is Successful
If the test submission was successful, finalize the field mapping to ensure all relevant fields are correctly synchronized.
Once the mapping is verified, save the changes, and the integration is complete.
