  • Select "JotForm" from the Integrations Section
Log in to your SwipeOne account and navigate to the "Integrations" section. Select "JotForm" from the list of available integrations.

  • Click on "Connect" to Initiate the Integration
Once you’ve selected JotForm, click the "Connect" button to start the integration process with SwipeOne.

  • Click "Connect Using Webhook" to Establish Connection via Webhook
Choose the "Connect using webhook" option. This method will allow you to send form submissions from JotForm to SwipeOne in real-time using a webhook.

  • Name the Integration for Your Reference
Provide a name for this integration (e.g., "JotForm Integration") to help you identify it later. This is especially useful if you set up multiple integrations.

  • Click "Next"
After naming your integration, click the "Next" button to proceed with the setup.

  • Copy the Webhook URL
You’ll see a Webhook URL generated on the next page. This URL is essential for connecting your JotForm account to SwipeOne.

  • Click on "Copy" to copy the URL to your clipboard.

  • Go to Your JotForm Account to Enable the Webhook
Now, log in to your JotForm account to set up the webhook.

  1. In JotForm, navigate to the form you want to integrate with SwipeOne.

  2. Open the Form Settings and select "Integrations".

  3. Search for "Webhook" and select it.

  4. Paste the copied Webhook URL into the URL field and save your settings.

  • Test the Integration
After setting up the webhook in JotForm, it's important to test the integration. You can do this by submitting a test entry on your JotForm.

  • Verify that the test submission appears in your SwipeOne account. This will confirm that the integration is properly syncing form submissions.

  • Map Fields for Data Synchronization
Once the test submission is successful, you will need to map the fields between JotForm and SwipeOne to ensure that the form data is correctly transferred and organized.

  1. Navigate to the integration settings in SwipeOne.

  2. Map the fields from your JotForm form to the corresponding fields in SwipeOne (e.g., name, email, phone number, etc.).

  3. Ensure that all relevant fields are correctly mapped to ensure accurate data synchronization.

  • Save the Field Mapping and Complete the Setup
After mapping the fields, save the changes. Your integration is now fully set up and ready to automatically sync JotForm submissions with SwipeOne.
