Setting up the Slack integration with SwipeOne allows you to send real-time notifications and updates directly to your Slack channels, enhancing team collaboration and workflow efficiency. Below are the steps for integration:

  • Select the "Slack" Integration
Navigate to the "Integrations" section in your SwipeOne account and select the "Slack" integration option to begin the setup process.

  • Click on "Connect"
Click on the "Connect" button to begin the integration process and link your Slack account with SwipeOne.

  • Click "Connect to Slack"
Click on "Connect to Slack" to authorize the connection between SwipeOne and your Slack workspace. This will allow SwipeOne to send notifications to your selected Slack channels.

  • Select Your Slack Workspace
Choose the Slack workspace where you want to receive notifications from SwipeOne.

  • Authorize the Integration
You will be prompted to grant permission to SwipeOne to post messages in your Slack workspace. Click "Allow" to complete the authorization process.

  • Choose a Slack Channel
Select the specific Slack channel where you want to receive updates, such as a team or project channel. You can configure multiple channels if needed.

  • Set Notification Preferences
Customize your notification settings by selecting the types of events you want to be alerted about (e.g., form submissions, customer actions, etc.). Adjust the frequency and detail level of the notifications based on your preferences.

  • Save Settings
Once you've configured your preferences, click "Save" to apply the changes and activate the integration.

  • Test the Integration
After saving the settings, perform a test event (e.g., submit a form or trigger a relevant action in SwipeOne) to ensure that notifications are properly sent to your selected Slack channel.
