The Paddle integration plugin connects your Paddle store with SwipeOne, automating subscription management and enhancing customer engagement. It streamlines sales, boosts marketing, and enriches your CRM with valuable customer insights. Below are the steps to set up the integration.

  • Click on "Paddle" under the "Apps" section to begin the integration setup.

  • Click on "Connect" to initiate the connection setup and link your Paddle account with SwipeOne.

  • Add Credentials:
    On the right side of the page, you’ll find an option to add your API key. This key is essential for establishing the connection between Paddle and SwipeOne.

  • Locate the API Key in your Paddle account settings. You can find your API key for integration in your Paddle account by going to Developer tools > Authentication

  • Paste the API Key into the designated field in SwipeOne to enable the integration.

  • Authenticate and Connect:
    After adding the API key, click “Connect” to authenticate and establish a connection between your Paddle store and SwipeOne.


  • Configure Notifications and Automations:
    Set up your preferred notification preferences for subscription events, and configure automations that will handle tasks such as sending follow-up emails or updating customer profiles based on Paddle subscription events.

  • Test the Integration:
    Run a test subscription to ensure that data is syncing correctly between Paddle and SwipeOne. Verify that your CRM is updated with the latest subscription details and that you’re receiving notifications for critical events.
