Integrating SwipeOne with Swipe Pages enables you to efficiently parse and transfer data from your Swipe Pages landing pages to SwipeOne for streamlined processing and automation.

This integration allows you to capture data from Swipe Pages and send it directly to SwipeOne, enhancing your ability to automate workflows, manage leads, and improve user experience with seamless data synchronization.

  • Click on "Apps"
    From your dashboard, locate and click on the "Apps" option in the navigation menu.

  • This will redirect you to the Integrations section, where you can explore a variety of apps and integrations that can be easily connected with your Swipe Pages account. Click on "Connect" to integrate SwipeOne with SwipePages account.

  • Next, click on the "Connect to Webhook" button. This will initiate the process of linking your Swipe Pages account to a webhook, enabling seamless data transfer between Swipe Pages and your chosen integration.

  • Next, click on the "Connect to Webhook" button to link your Swipe Pages account to SwipeOne. This will enable seamless data transfer between Swipe Pages and SwipeOne for automating workflows and managing leads.

  • Click "Add Tags" (Optional)
    Click on the "Add Tags" button to organize your data more efficiently. Adding relevant tags helps categorize and manage your information, making it easier to filter and access later.

  • Click the "Next" button to move forward with the integration process and continue to the next configuration step.

  • Copy the Webhook Integration URL
    On the next page, you will see the Webhook Integration URL generated. This URL is essential for completing the integration setup, so make sure to copy it for use in the following steps.

    There are 2 ways of doing it - first is global Webhooks and second is Workflows.

  • Copy the URL
    Click on the "Copy" button next to the Webhook URL to copy it to your clipboard. This URL is crucial for completing the integration, so ensure it’s saved for use in the next steps.

  • Set Up the Integration in Swipe Pages via Global Webhooks

  • Click on "Add New Webhook" and Name the Webhook here

  • Choose pages or funnels here

  • Map the fields here and save the changes.

  • Set Up the Integration in Swipe Pages via workflow
    Now, go to your Swipe Pages application. On the landing page dashboard, click on Integrations and create a new workflow for the form on the selected landing page. This will allow you to link the form submissions to your integration.

  • Select "Send Webhook" Action
    In the workflow setup, select the "Send Webhook" action. Then, paste the copied Webhook URL into the "Webhook URL" field to complete the integration configuration.

  • Activate the Workflow
    To activate the workflow, toggle the icon in the top right corner. This will enable the integration and start sending data to the specified Webhook URL.

  • Test the Integration
    Make a test submission on the form in your selected landing page. This will trigger a test submission and initiate the data transfer to SwipeOne, allowing you to verify that the integration is working correctly.

  • Verify Successful Submission
    Once you submit the test lead on the form, you should see a confirmation message indicating that the submission was successfully received in SwipeOne. This confirms that the integration is working as expected.

  • Map the Fields and Save
    Map the relevant fields from your form to the corresponding fields in SwipeOne. Once the fields are properly mapped, click Save to finalize the integration and ensure data is correctly transferred.

  • Complete the Setup
    Your integration is now successfully set up! You can view the contacts in SwipeOne, where the data from your form submissions will appear.
