Master campaign creation and scheduling with ease on Swipe One to engage your audience at the perfect time with just a few simple steps.

Click "Campaigns" to Access the Campaigns Section - Begin by navigating to the "Campaigns" section in the platform’s main menu. This is where all your campaign management tools are housed, and from here, you can view, create, and manage your campaigns.

Click "Create New Campaign" to Start a New Campaign - To create a new campaign, click on the “Create New Campaign” button. A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter a name for your campaign. Choose a name that clearly describes the purpose or target audience of your campaign for easy identification later.

Choose Your Email Type: "Simple Emails" vs "Rich Text" - In the next step, you will be prompted to choose the type of email you want to send. You have two options:

  • Simple Emails: These are text-based emails ideal for straightforward communication. They work well for transactional or informational messages where branding is minimal.

  • Rich Text Emails: These are visually appealing, branded emails perfect for newsletters, promotions, and marketing campaigns. They allow you to use custom styling, images, buttons, and more.

Design Your Email Using the Canvas - After selecting your email type, you will be taken to the email editor canvas.

  • For Simple Text Emails, the editor will be more basic, offering simple text formatting options like fonts, colors, and alignment. Use the dropdown menus to add and edit the text of your email.

  • For Rich Text Emails, the canvas is much more flexible. You can customize everything from background colors and fonts to adding buttons, images, sections, columns, and more.

Send a Test Email - Before finalizing your campaign, it’s always a good idea to send a test email to ensure everything looks as intended. To do this, click on the test email icon in the top-right corner of the canvas.

  • Enter your own email address in the test field and click "Send Test". This will allow you to view the campaign in your inbox, making sure everything appears correctly.

Select Your Audience Segment - After designing the campaign, it’s time to choose your target audience. Select a segment of contacts that you want to send the campaign to.

Click on "Schedule Send" to Set Up Your Campaign Timing - Once the campaign content and audience are set, click on the “Schedule/Send” button to decide when you want the campaign to be delivered.

You’ll be presented with two options:

  • “Schedule and Send”: Choose this option to set a specific date and time for your campaign to be sent out. Select the time zone, date, and time that suits your audience.

  • “Send Now”: If you’re ready for the campaign to go live immediately, click "Send Now" to have the campaign sent to your selected contacts instantly.

Finalize and Click "Send Now" - If you opted for “Send Now”, your campaign will be sent immediately, and you’ll see a confirmation that the campaign is on its way.
