Workflow performance analytics help you track key metrics, evaluate user engagement, and optimize automation processes to ensure your workflows are driving the desired results.

Follow the steps to view analytics of an active workflow -

  1. Click "Workflows" to Navigate to the Workflows Section

  2. Click on the 3 dots menu next to the Workflow

  3. Select "Analytics" from the Dropdown

  4. You can view the Metrics and also details about people who have been in the particular step. You can also view Analytics of every node by clicking on the node on the right

    • Click on the Metrics tab or option to access the available metrics, such as:

      Overall Metrics

      Node Level Metrics

    • Click on People to see who has qualified for the Workflow. This section shows you the individuals who have qualified for the workflow based on the filter and conditions you've set. It can help you identify how well your targeting is working and which segments are most engaged with the workflow.

  5. Apply Date Filters to See the Performance Over a Specific Time Period - To fine-tune your analysis, you can apply date filters to look at how the workflow performed over specific time periods. For example, you might want to analyze performance for the last 30 days, the past quarter, or compare results over different months. Using date filters helps you identify trends and seasonal patterns in workflow performance.
