Delete a Segment

Learn how to permanently delete a segment from your account with these simple steps.

  1. Navigate to the People section: Log in to your account and go to the People section, where all your contacts and segments are managed.
    ​

  2. Choose the Segment: In the People section, click on the dropdown to view all your saved segments and contact groups. Click on the three vertical dots (more options) beside the respective Segment.
    ​

  3. Click on "Delete": From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option to begin the deletion process for the chosen segment.
    ​

  4. Confirm the deletion by typing "DELETE": A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. To ensure you intend to delete the segment, type DELETE in the provided text field.
    ​

  5. Finalize the deletion process: After typing DELETE, click on the Confirm button to finalize and complete the deletion of the segment.

Your segment will now be permanently deleted from your account.
