  2. Click on the "Filter" Option - Once you are in the "People" section, click on the "Filter" button (usually located at the top of the contact list).

  3. Click on Add Filter - On the filter panel, click on the "Add Filter" button located at the top left corner to create a new filter.

  4. Choose Your Filter Type: You’ll be presented with two filter options:

    1. Contact Properties: Allows you to filter based on specific contact details such as tags, team size, email address, and other custom properties.

    2. Contact Activity: Filters contacts based on actions or activities that have been taken with them (e.g., whether they've opened emails, clicked links, etc.).

  5. Filter by Contact Properties: To filter by contact properties (e.g., team size), choose "Contact Properties" from the filter options.

Select the property you want to filter by. For example, if you're filtering by team size, choose the "Team Size" property.

  6. Filter by Contact Activity: Alternatively, you can filter contacts based on their activity by selecting "Contact Activity" from the filter options. Choose the activity criteria, such as whether a contact has opened an email, clicked a link, or taken any specific actions. Customize the activity condition (e.g., “opened email” or “clicked link”) and apply the filter.

Note - You can have more that one condition in your Filter and group them with and / or .

  7. Specify the condition : Specify the condition, such as "is" or "greater than", and enter the desired value (e.g., a specific number of team members). The contact list on the right side of the dashboard will automatically update to show only those contacts that match the filter criteria.

  8. Name and Save the Segment: After filtering the contacts and adding the condition, you may choose to save this as a Segment by clicking Create Segment. A pop-up will prompt you to name the activity segment. A pop-up window will prompt you to name the filter segment. Choose a descriptive name for easy reference (e.g., "Team Size 10+").

  9. Clear Filters (Optional): Lastly, if you wish to re-do the filter again you can clear the same by simply click on "Clear Filters" to return to the full contact list.
